Location
The house is set in an acre of land which the owners are currently landscaping. This includes the remains of a bread oven and pressoir which formerly belonged to the hamlet.

There is a small orchard and several flower beds.

Outside of the house is a terrace and large pergola with chairs, table and sun loungers for guest use or alfresco dining.

The enclosed garden is south facing with wide views of open countryside. A gravelled drive on both sides of the house provides ample parking.

The network of major roads provides access to a number of coastal destinations.
The D-Day landing beaches, Granville, Mont Saint Michel and the Brittany coast are all less than an hour’s drive away.
The D-Day beaches provide displays and museums that tell the story of June 1944.
Granville is a classy, traditional holiday resort with excellent beaches and Mont Saint Michel is the most visited destination in France.
Exploration further west is rewarded by sight of the rugged Brittany coast.
